Group experiences are meant to allow for personal breakthroughs and deep personal discoveries while engaging in challenging activities together. Each experience is focused on a particular topic/skill/issue related to the goals. They may include 8-12 week courses, wilderness trips, 1-2 day challenge activities. Topics might include improving body image, mindfulness practice, stress reduction, increasing wellness and vitality, spiritual growth, self-care for the caregiver, sexual awakening, or creating life balance.
