Group coaching generally includes 3-10 people who are working on similar goals. Each session is focused on a particular topic, skill, or issue related to the goals. Topics might include improving body image, mindfulness practice, stress reduction, increasing wellness and vitality, spiritual growth, self-care for the caregiver, or creating life balance.
