Wendy’s education and life experience has been heavily focused on nutrition and fitness. She is very knowledgeable in these areas and believes physical health is foundational to achieving optimal wellness. It is her belief that we are all unique and that the food we eat and the exercise we do is highly personal, after universal best practices are achieved. Meaning, we all need high-quality, wholesome foods and to move our bodies frequently during the day. There is great research today that offers guidance on what we as humans need to be doing to increase our physical health. But, following one specific diet or exercise routine is not what she supports. Wendy believes that because we are unique individuals we need to find a lifestyle that works for each of us…one that we will stay with and one that increases our sense of well-being.
Her work with Dave Asprey of Bulletproof has been an incredible education on the practice of finding the best research and then experimenting with ourselves to find how to tweek or “biohack” it to increase our vitality. She is so excited to share her knowledge with you!
